Dr Vinitha D'Souza

Vinitha is a compassionate and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist and Sexologist at Indriya Polyclinic - Integrated Healthcare, Mangalore. She provides comprehensive mental health care across all age groups, covering mood disorders, anxiety, addiction and de-addiction, sexual health concerns, and behavioural issues in adolescents and adults.

She completed her MBBS and MD in Psychiatry from Fr. Muller's Medical College, Mangalore, and holds a Fellowship in Psychosexual Medicine from JSS, Mysore. She also served as Senior Resident at SMBT Institute of Medical Sciences, Nashik, gaining experience across diverse complex psychiatric cases.

With a strong belief that mental health care should be empathetic, collaborative, and stigma-free, Vinitha creates a safe, non-judgmental environment for her patients. She is especially passionate about de-addiction and relapse prevention, women's mental health, sexual health and relationship concerns, stress and burnout in working professionals, and adolescent mental health.
